The new girl to Brooke's social circle her name was mostly unknown, but once the scandal broke out, her being on the boat put her status just as high as the other's on board.

A dark-blonde, Russian girl, sat sipping her hot tea at a white, linen-clothed table where many other socialites were sitting around discussing current events. The recent news was known from the men below the decks, to the captain up high steering the Windsong. Brooke Manchester’s passing was like the falling of an angel; a goddess, to say the least. Grace hadn’t gotten much farther than a few conversations with Brooke but she seemed like a very nice girl. She was still the new girl, until that fateful; sip of death took Brooke Manchester’s life. Grace was named a suspect in the murder along with a list full of other girls aboard the ship. Of course she didn’t murder her, what reason would she have? Grace had just recently risen to the status of ‘socialite’ and how stupid could she be to throw that all away to take a life. She suspected it to be May Charmikal. Now that girl could have had plenty of reasons to kill Brooke. First of all, she worked aboard this ship and could have easily slipped something into her drink. Second, she did say that she’d kill to live like Brooke and maybe she was telling the truth. Third, everyone knows that May had her eye on a certain young man, who fancied Miss Manchester. The clues were unignorable; everyone should stop picking on the innocent and open their eyes to who was truly at work here. Grace’s thoughts were interrupted by a waiter,
“More tea, Mrs. Depont?” He asked politely with a tea pot in his hands.
“No thank you, I wouldn’t want to end up like Miss Manchester,” She teased and the entire table set down their cups.
 
((I know that the fashion is current but I just wanted to make a set for the unique time period. Most old-fashioned roleplays take place after 1900.))
